You are correct i your hunch by trying Medium Ash Blonde and Medium Brown, OR Light Brown and Medium Ash Brown. DO A TEST STRAND!! Be sure to apply the color/ developer mixture diluted by half with water to previously colored ends the last 5 minutes of processing time.
