I've used eco colors on two gray clients. One with coarse, resistant 100% gray hair, and another with fine, non-resistant 70 % gray hair. Both on for 40 mins and both used heat. The resistant client I used a light auburn, the end result was a light purple color...I covered again with light brown and put under the dryer and it helped somewhat but still had an unatural color to it, and was not at all the color of the color chart. The second I used equal parts of light brown and med brown...her roots turned pink and both had no gray coverage?? Not sure what to do...please help.
