Hi, I've been using ecocolors for many years - and coverage has always been fantastic. Today I did my usual process - dark ash brown - and it didn't seem to work at all ! What could I possibly do to make it work again. I usually mix 1:1 and leave on for 45 minutes. I'm probably about 75% grey. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
