Hi Cynthia, Thank you for your inquiry. Mixing Light Ash Blonde and Neutral Blonde won't make it lighter..but the tone will change..it will be more neutral. Since the home kits are formulated for gray coverage or one to two levels of lift, going lighter is only possible by depositing less pigment on the grays. With Light Ash Blonde and Neutral Blonde the grays may not look natural, but it really depends on the underlying pigments in the grays and natural hair. Always test strand when trying a new formula.
