RE: low lights with Dk Brown and Dk Drabber

Lowlight with the same formula but add Ecocolors Black. remember when low lighting that you use equal pats color to regular developer for the roots.BUT for the previously colored ends you use a formula of equal parts color to a 5 vol developer.Try mixing each formula so when you paint the strand you have one formula for the roots and another diluted formula for the previously colored ends. The reason her ends may be fading is because she is using a shampoo that is too detergent or alkaline, or because you are using a gray coverage formula on her previously colored ends, thus opening the hair shaft and making her ends too porous.
