Using Ecocolors Haircolor over prebleached hair is possible, depending on the condition of the bleached hair. If you DO use Ecocolors over bleached hair you should just be using Ecocolors as a toner. This can be done by diluting the color mixture by half with water before applying to the previously colored hair. ALWAYS do a stand test before applying a color to your hair to make sure it is something you WANT.
