Based on your description medium ash brown may be for you. However, it is best if you describe your natural tone(medium brown?) and your percentage of gray. Do you want red tones or do you want a brown with little or no red tones? Remeber, ALWAYS do a strand test before applying any new color formulation to your entire head.
