Try one part dark brown, two parts bright red and one part golden blonde warm and equal parts regular developer. Apply heavily on resistant grays with a bottle, then go back after applying to entire root area and reapply to resistant area. Put on a plastic cap and process under the dryer 5 minutes, then leave the cap on and process with no more heat for 40 more minutes. If this formula is still not dark enough,the next time try 1 part black(not black pro),, 2 parts warm auburn and one part golden blonde.....etc.
