i have medium brown hair and I have never colored my whole head. I have gray around the hair line and on the sides of my hair. I had used matrix in the past and my stylist used 2 browns and a little blonde in my hair. He pulled my hair through a cap. I am sensitive to chemicals so I never wanted them touching my head. Can anyone give me advice on coloring my hair. I think I want to use a cap again, I don't want to dye my whole head. I am just concerned about using a cap and putting the wrong color on. If i mess it up, then I would have to dye my whole head. I want color that looks natural like I have been in the sun. I like a little blonde but I know I have to put brown in to cover the gray. I don't want reddish tones, but I don't want it to look like and ash color. I am use to brown with hints of golden hightlights. Can anyone give me advice on color and how to color my hair using a cap Thanks
