This is our first time using your haircolor. My mom is incredibly sensitive to hair dye. This is the only product we've found that she can tolerate, other than henna which is too messy & fades terriblely. I do have a question. After using the dark brown on her hair, it seemed like it had a lot of golden tones to it - it almost seemed a tiny bit brassy. She naturally has dk. brown hair with a very subtle red/auburn sheen to it. Though the base color is good, it's missing the auburn sheen to it. Is there anyway that I can add the sheen to it without making her a redhead? I will add that she had previously had her hair dyed with henna. She had let it grow out for 6 or 7 weeks and had it cut before we colored it. Do you think there was still some henna deposits that caused the golden-slightly brassy tones? Thank you.
