To color the gray in dark brown hair you have several choices: Dark brown will make the grays a medium brown and you may or may not also get some red tones depending on how much natural red undertone your brown hair has. Dark ash brown will give more of a neutral dark brown with little or no red tones Black will give a very dark brown with little or no red tones. ALWAYS do a strand test and a patch allergy test before applying any new color to your entire head. ALWAYS follow the instructions according to the kit directions.
