Thanks for the reply Lisa... I will do a patch test with the developer to see if that is the culprit....I found it to be unusual also that it didn't cause a reaction with just the color. Let me test that first to see where the reaction is coming from. I'm just wondering if it's the combination of the color and dev. that causes the reaction. I will let you know the outcome. Thank you.
