My natural hair color is dark brown. I've been using Eco Colors dark brown hair coloring for about 8 years and it works very well for me. I believe there are trace amounts of PPD in the brunette shades. If this is correct, how light a shade would I have to use for hair color without any PPD? My new hair growth is 100% gray and my hair grows very quickly. Within 2 weeks after coloring, my roots are gray because of my rapid hair growth. If I can, I'd like to use a permanent color without any PPD. Any suggestions are appreciated.
