Warm auburn may give you the color you are trying to achieve. ALWAYS do a strand test and an allergy test according to the kit directions before applying any new color to your entire head. Do a strand test on a gray area. Try full strength formulation(equal parts color and developer) and a diluted formulation(equal parts color and developer diluted by half with water). Some African American hair may achieve perfect color with a diluted formula. The diluted formula is also used on previously colored ends.
