I am a professional stylist in the state of Washington and have recently switched to the EcoColors line in my salon. All of the application directions state to put the full strength formual on the roots, let the hair process and pull a diluted formula through the ends the last ten minutes of processing. What should I do to refresh the ends when I usually double book my clients?
