Hi! I am a hairstylist in AZ and I exclusively use ecocolors. I have had great luck with customer support whenever I need anything from them. Because they are not a huge corporate company I feel it works in our favor. You do have to plan ahead as far as shipping goes because they are across the country, but there is always the option of overnight shipping and it is great to have a relationship with an actual owner for a change :) Shipping is a small price to pay for the benefits the color has. As a green stylist in az I love when I hear of more salons using safer products on their clients. I've spent a lot of time researching safe color lines for clients and the environment and Lisa with ecocolors has what I believe is the safest professional line out there. Hope this helps!!!
