I just had my hair colored at a salon with EcoColors. The product worked well and the color is very nice, but too dark and too red for my taste. The stylist said he used a neutral (maybe 5N), but there is definitely a red tinge. My hair is normally between light and medium brown with about 40% gray. How long before it is safe to recolor, and what do you suggest to tone down the red?
