If her roots are resistant, she should do a 45 minute processing time(equal part color to developer on the roots only).Apply to dry hair. We always recommend doing a strand test and an allergy test according to the kit directions before applying any new formulation to your entire head. This way you can determine the proper formula and processing time for your individual needs. If she wants to repigmentize faded ends, she needs to use a diluted formula according to the kit directions for the last five minutes of processing time.
