Is it ok to put high lift on new growth, to lift 2-3 levels 30 vol.? Or would lightener(rosemary) be better,safer, with 30vol.? Natural level is a 7. Also can u tone using 10 vol. With high lift colors? Or would toning be better with drabbers? thanks hope u can help
