My sister purchased two boxes of color when I purchased last (on my recommendation). The first time she washed her hair all of the color washed out. She quickly purchased a kit she has been successful in the past with as she had some events in the next days. She has about 30 days before she will be coloring again. She left it on for 30 minutes and could try again for 45 minutes, but is very reluctant, as it will cost her another $20, $40 total for both months. What can you do to help her? (I will need to purchase the second box from her if you have no help.) Thanks!
