RE: allergy to cobalt dichloride / ingredient in brown hair dyes
Did you ever get an answer? I’m also allergic to cobalt but u have eczema on my eyelids so I’m wondering if that’s what’s causing it. Any info you’ve discovered would be helpful. Thanks!
