Hello, thanks for your reply. The second client is my mother, she isn't using color deposit shampoo and isn't on medications. I have used this color line on ppl without gray and the color, although it grabs lighter, has been great, but these two clients, where the color has been odd, are over 50% so there's a correlation. I am new to this color line as a stylist and have just opened my own shop, where the theme is all natural and your color seemed a great choice. I just need to make sure that I can still continue to color my clients with the gray, so knowledge of how to do that and get the same results I was previous to your product would be greatly appreciated.
