When applying the color/developer mixture, apply to dry hair. Be sure to apply to the resistant grays first. Make sure when you apply that the color fully covers the grays, and that each gray hair is surrounded by color. After applying the remainder of the color to your other grays, go back again and apply the color on top of the previously applied color, so the grays are fully saturated. Let the resistant grays sit with the color/developer mixture for at least 45 minutes processing time. If this still does not give satisfactory results, then try mixing equal parts Light Brown and Medium Brown/(with equal parts developer) in the resistant area.
