Hi, After filling out your questionnaire, I was recommended by your team to use a medium ash brown to lighten my hair slightly from what was my dark brown hair. I'm happy with the achieved shade of brown through the ends, but found the roots to be lighter than the rest of my hair. Can you please advise on how to fix this? Is there another color I should be using in conjunction? Is it safe to apply another color through my hair to even it out so soon after my first application? I just dyed it last night.
