I telephoned your store and talked with Edin. I had your Color Comparison Chart but the colors I had used are not listed, so I am contacting you. The product I used was Clairol Nice and Easy ll8 A Med. Brown-and Nice and Easy ll6 light brown. I mixed two-thirds med. brown with one-third light brown. Occasionally, I would vary this solution a little either darker or lighter.My natural hair color is about a medium brown with no red highlights--- Clairol's products always had a reddish cast--which I don't mind--looked nice. I like a very slight change at times. I'm just trying to color the grey/white areas which are very little as yet. Appreciate a recommendation on matching color. Thank you.
