PPD is p phenyline diamine. It i an oxidative dye. If it is present in a haircolor at 6% it could encourage cancer. EcoColors hair color is PPD FREE. Some haircolors contain large amount of this substance and chemical drivers to drive it into the hair and the blood. Some people are allergic to PPD.
