What is the best formulation for taking a previously colored client with locs from Black Pro to a beautiful blonde? I have realized that coloring the locs first and letting it process for 30-35 minutes works well then i apply the color to the roots for 20 for a nice even color, but is there a special formulation for a client who wants to be Ash Blonde?
