I have a few questions regarding your black shade. First off, what type of black could you describe it as(i.e. brown/black, soft black, jet black...)? Also, could the tone be described as ash, neutral or warm. I'm searching for a softer, cool black color to match my natural color and cover some gray without going to the salon. Any input is greatly appreciated.:)
