My hair was very dry (strawlike) after using your color for the first time. I previously had always had my hair done at the salon but have developed allergies so I thought I would try your color. I thought it was supposed to make my hair feel softer and healthier. I followed the instructions about diluting the color on the ends. What went wrong?
