When mixing two colors, pour half of one color in the developer bottle and half of another color in the developer bottle. Whatever color you do not mix with developer may be saved for the next month's application. Once you mix color and developer you must use it immediately. If you choose to mix color in a bowl, you must have some sort of applicator to apply the color to the hair. EcoColors does not provide an applicator, as we believe application from the developer bottle is sufficient. If you are mixing drops of color with developer in a bowl for your allergy and strand test, a ceramic or stainless steel bowl is recommended. you can apply the allergy test and a strand test with a Q tip. Are you referring to "drabber?"This is an additive in medium ash brown and dark ash brown to counter act unwanted red tones.
