Processing of Your Order

Orders are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Usually your order is shipped the next business day or the same day. (Processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders in the pipeline and are only estimates)

Shipping for Orders Outside the Continental USA

We ship worldwide. Charges for shipping are made according to the weight of the merchandise and its final destination and are calculated at checkout. Please, be aware that we have no control of the merchandise delivery once it leaves the U.S.A. and that you may be charged for Customs Duties. We are not responsible for delays in receipt of merchandise due to customs and other unforeseen circumstances. You can add insurance to your package if you are worried about the delivery of your package in your country. Estimates in arrival time are ONLY ESTIMATES and exact times of receipt of merchandise may vary.

My parcel has not arrived yet!

We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel. You can easily keep track of your shipments via your "History" page.
A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within the either countries postal system. The usual delivery time for a Standard Air Mail item is 10-30 days and an EMS item is 3-6 days. Please understand that we have no control over customs or your countries postal system.
BEFORE you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.

Lost Parcels

We do not consider a parcel lost until after we have filed a missing parcel report with the USPS Postmaster. We can do this after 45 days.
Some country may have extended wait times due to customs. However this is not common.
Once we have filed a missing parcel report and we have a response (no later than 60 days) from your country postal authority, we can then replace your parcel. We will confirm with you on your address during this process. Only insured parcels can be replaced/refunded.
We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us and lost in transit or have the incorrect address.

EcoColors is closed and does not ship orders the following days:

  • Monday, February 15 - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
  • Monday, May 31 - Memorial Day
  • Monday, July 5 - Independence Day

  • Monday, October 11 - Columbus Day
  • Thursday, November 11 - Veterans Day
  • Thursday, November 25 - Thanksgiving Day
  • Saturday, December 25 - Christmas Day
  • Saturday, January 1, 2011 - New Year's Day

Changes to orders after payment.

If you would like to change the details on your order you need to act quickly. The safest way to change your address is by calling us.
Due to the time lag in email responses, we do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the parcel has been dispatched.
Simply sending us an email does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request in time.
We strongly urge you to call us by phone if you find that your address details are incorrect or need to be changed.

All sales are final.

Shipping / Tracking

We ship US Postal Service: Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Express Mail.
EcoColors cannot be held responsible for lost/missing packages, we use "Delivery Confimation" from the USPS to determine the delivery of your package. BEFORE you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection
You can track the progress of your order at any time by going to your 'Order History'

For enhanced security, we do not store permanently your credit card information on this server or anywhere else.
