I have been using your hair color for a few years and would like to continue since it’s the only permanent hair color my scalp can tolerate. However, I have received many color kits with unsealed developer (and it’s not in the lid when opened). I know the difference between sealed and unsealed. When I reached out to your CS by phone and email (based on the info on the box) stating this is not only unsafe but I don’t know if it’s fresh, they seemed annoyed and unhelpful with my concerns until I pressed the issue. I was then sent 4 additional unsealed bottles wrapped in saran wrap. I recently ordered 4 kits and they all came with unsealed developer bottles. Please advise - how can I be assured I will receive sealed bottles???! Thank you.
